Note: We do not collect user-generated content such as customer photos or outfit reviews on our platform.

No Financial Data Stored: SWYA does not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers, debit card details, UPI pins, or bank account information on our servers.

To get your apparel to your doorstep, we partner with Shiprocket as our third-party logistics and courier aggregator. We must share your name, phone number, and shipping address with Shiprocket and their delivery partners strictly for the purpose of order fulfillment and delivery tracking.

While we do not currently use a cookie consent banner for non-essential tracking, our website relies on basic cookies to function properly (such as keeping items in your shopping cart).

Additionally, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 collects anonymous data regarding website traffic, page views, and user behavior. We do not use Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixels, TikTok Pixels, or any other advertising tracking tools to retarget you with ads across the internet.

Our website and apparel are exclusively intended for adults. We do not sell children's clothing, and our platform is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will delete that information immediately.

We value your privacy and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with essential service providers necessary to run our business:

• Shiprocket: For shipping and order delivery.
